Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
SimsMap prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form, including grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sexual trafficking, sextortion and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Do not request, create, distribute, upload or arrange access to such material or use profiles, chats or activities to facilitate exploitation. These standards apply even though SimsMap is intended for adults aged 18 and above.
Reporting a concern
Use an available in-app Report user/content action or email sunnysolanki6359@gmail.com for child-safety concerns. Explain the relevant account, activity or existing message using the minimum necessary context. Do not download, reproduce or attach illegal imagery as purported evidence. Do not send passwords, codes or private selfies. Reporter identities are confidential from the reported person, subject to necessary authorized review and lawful handling.
Review and proportionate protection
A report creates a case for assessment; report volume alone does not establish wrongdoing or automatically suspend its target. Credible urgent risk can justify proportionate human protective restrictions, recorded reasons and review through authorized controls. Decisions require appropriate staff authorization and MFA; an ordinary client cannot grant itself moderator access. Account holders may request reconsideration through supported appeals or the grievance contact. No independent reviewer is represented as appointed where one is not available.
Lawful handling
The operator/grievance officer is the designated public child-safety contact at the shared email above. Suspected illegal material, valid preservation requests and any legally required reporting must be handled by authorized personnel through lawful, documented processes. No automatic CSAM detection, biometric age verification, automatic transmission of private user data to authorities or continuous emergency monitoring is claimed. Public social use remains subject to the required operational safeguards.
Immediate danger
SimsMap is not an emergency-response service. An in-app report or email does not summon emergency help. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
