Legal operator and grievance officer: Sunny Shashikant Solanki. Correspondence address: 38 Shreejinagar Society, Godhra, Gujarat, India. Support, privacy, grievances, child-safety reports and account-deletion requests: sunnysolanki6359@gmail.com.
SimsMap is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Do not register if you are under 18 or misrepresent eligibility. A birth-date declaration, avatar, selfie or Google login is not independent proof of age or identity. Child-safety obligations and reporting protections apply even though the service is for adults.
Real vibes. Safe community. 🛡️
SimsMap is built for real connections and positive experiences.
Fake or impersonation accounts, scams, harassment, threats, discrimination and behavior intended to harm individuals or communities are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent bans. Serious threats and suspected illegal activity may be referred to appropriate authorities when legally permitted or required.
Reports are reviewed fairly. Accounts may be temporarily restricted during investigations, and affected users may appeal moderation decisions.
1. Be yourself and act honestly
Nicknames and illustrated avatars are welcome. Do not impersonate a person, business, moderator or community; forge credentials; fabricate verification; evade bans; run deceptive accounts; or exploit someone else's trust. A private selfie, Google login or avatar is not a verified identity badge.
2. Respect boundaries
No harassment, stalking, bullying, threats, intimidation, sexual coercion, blackmail or repeated unwanted contact. Stop when asked. Do not pressure people to reveal private selfies, passwords, codes, precise whereabouts or contact details. Disagreement and criticism are permitted without abuse or targeted harm.
3. No violence, exploitation or hate
Do not coordinate violence, threaten injury, encourage self-harm, circulate non-consensual intimate imagery or use activities to target anyone. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited, including grooming, sexual solicitation or exploitation of a child, sextortion, sexual trafficking and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Do not request, distribute or upload such material, including as purported report evidence. Report relevant existing content using the supported in-app mechanism and approved safety channel; do not copy illegal imagery. Authorized staff must handle credible incidents and any legally required preservation/reporting through documented lawful processes. No automatic scanning, biometric age verification, automatic police disclosure or continuous emergency monitoring is represented as implemented.
Do not threaten, demean or promote harm based on religion, caste, ethnicity, race, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics. Moderation considers context and conduct, not stereotypes or popularity.
4. No scams or abusive automation
No fraudulent payments, phishing, investment scams, account sales, malicious links or impersonation of support. Never request another person’s verification code or payment credentials. SimsMap Plus checkout is disabled; do not pay someone who claims payment is required to unlock a SimsMap feature. Member-to-member escrow or guaranteed payments are not provided. Do not scrape profiles, send mass friend requests or fabricate reports. Anti-spam restrictions apply independently of any future paid feature.
5. Activities, location and privacy
Describe activities honestly, choose supported activity types, respect venue rules and participant consent, and avoid unlawful or dangerous arrangements. Do not use a meetup to lure, isolate, threaten or track another person. Do not publish private home addresses or another person's sensitive information without appropriate permission.
Prefer suitable public meeting places and make independent safety decisions. A map pin or accepted request does not make a meeting safe. SimsMap is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; the official Indian emergency number is 112. Sending an in-app report does not summon emergency help.
Discover People is disabled for the initial release. Do not misuse public profile or activity details to stalk, discriminate against or contact someone who has declined. Blocking or later removal does not erase screenshots or copies already obtained.
6. Report facts fairly
Use supported Report user actions for impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, scams, inappropriate behavior or Other. Explain relevant facts; include only necessary information. Access-checked activity/message references can be retained for review. Arbitrary evidence-file uploads are not available, and private selfies are never standard report evidence.
Reporter identity is not disclosed to the reported person. Authorized reviewers may inspect necessary reporter references and context. Reports are rate limited and duplicate protected. A report opens a case; no standard report, category, keyword or volume threshold automatically suspends the target. Good-faith mistakes are not automatically malicious. Deliberate fabrication and coordinated abusive reporting may be reviewed with evidence.
7. Proportionate action and urgent protection
The moderation system distinguishes active, under-review, temporarily restricted and permanently banned states. Under review alone does not suspend access. Credible urgent risk can justify proportionate temporary protection by authorized personnel considering context and evidence, with recorded reasons and review. Report popularity is not proof of wrongdoing.
Permanent bans require authorized admin action. Protected staff functions require trusted roles and MFA, which cannot be obtained by editing a member profile. Social access and visibility restrictions are enforced through server checks where active. SimsMap does not promise continuous emergency monitoring or an unconfirmed response deadline. Operational moderation safeguards remain a condition of enabling public social use.
8. Notices, appeals and protective controls
Affected users can request a clear notice and appeal through the supported account mechanism where available or by contacting the grievance officer. Notices do not disclose confidential reporter information. The operator receives grievances. A review requiring a person different from the original decision maker must wait for an appropriately authorized different reviewer; this page does not claim that an independent reviewer is already appointed. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or retaliatory threats.
Blocking, reporting, leaving activities, declining invitations, applicable guarded deletion and appeals remain subject to their safety access checks. Incomplete registration or stale policy acceptance must not force someone to continue positive social participation. QA isolation and advanced-account deletion holds remain applicable. No five-friend cap or paid subscription is active for the initial release, and legitimate existing friendships are preserved.
9. Lawful handling and review
No automatic law-enforcement data sharing is implemented. Authorized personnel must assess lawful requests, serious incidents and preservation proportionately and record their actions. Confidential case information must not be exported to unapproved tools.
For support, grievances, child-safety concerns or privacy requests, contact the operator and grievance officer using the details above. The policy version and effective date are displayed on this page. Publication does not activate optional features or grant administrative access.
